Project Scope: BMS system and supply of standalone Thermostat for Apartments.
BMS system was commissioned using Honeywell Trend controls in the residential project with 24 story. One Park Avenue is an apartment complex in Sobha Hartland Community, and it comes with its sky garden and smart home technology that makes it one of its only kind in Dubai as it provides the first-time sky garden in the development era.
